I overcame my long-held fear of heights, during a PSYCH-K® BASIC weekend workshop in Memphis, TN.
On the evening of the second day, I drove to the famous “Pyramid” in Memphis, TN (see photos below). Stepping onto the 28-story glass elevator, I rose 300 feet into the air, to take in the sights. Before the workshop, I would never have been able to do this without severe anxiety. I will admit that standing on the observation deck was still a bit of a challenge for me (with its see through glass flooring). YES, I did walk out onto it and took some photos, but didn’t stay long. Standing up there, I had no idea just how high up I was until I saw this photo.
